Audiometer won't pair through Bluetooth with laptop or tablet?
The Soundtrace audiometer is paired with your tablet or device via Bluetooth through the Chrome browser. Summarized below are common actions that typically resolve any issues in paring the device:

- Charge audiometer - If the audiometer is only running on battery, then the audiometer may be low on battery, resulting in pairing issues. We recommend charging the device through the USB-C wall adapter that is provided.
