2024 Product Release Announcements
As we embark on the exciting journey of 2024, we're thrilled to share our quarterly product releases with you. Trust in our commitment to innovation and excellence as we summarize the key highlights and updates.
Q1'2024 Features Released\nOffline audiogram testing: Users now have the ability to run audiograms offline. Users will have the ability to select users, complete prescreening questioners, and run the audiogram. Audiogram results by employee remain on a local server and will publish to the cloud upon reconnection to the server.
Audiogram PDF report export: Users now have the ability to publish PDF exports for specific audiograms by employee. The PDF report will include employee information (first/last name, date of birth, sex), information about the equipment used (serial number, calibration date, model), current audiogram results (table format, shift analysis, visual charts (w/ comparison to baseline), historical results (in table format), and pre-audiogram questionnaire responses.
USB connection for Audiometers: Users now have the ability to connect their Soundtrace audiometer via USB. USB provides users with a reliable way to ensure the testing process has a stable connection while out in the field.
Q2'2024 Features Released-
New User Interface (UI): Users are now presented with an updated interface featuring enhancements such as a top navigation bar and revised layout and color scheme.

Noise Monitors and Reports: Users can effortlessly set up and monitor a device in their desired location or area for a specified duration. We've enhanced the report generation process with customizable features, making it simpler to store and print reports. Additionally, managing stored reports is more convenient—you can easily view them, filter by location, and make necessary adjustments to report details as needed.
Recently Added: Users can now view recently added employees under a dedicated tab on the employees page. The tab allows users to quickly find and access the latest employees added by a date selection.
Enhanced Audiogram Workflow: Users can now initiate a streamlined audiogram process. This entails connecting the audiometer via USB or Bluetooth, conducting a room check to monitor ambient noise levels before and during testing, and verifying the system, clicker, and setup for accuracy.

Location Management: The addition of sub-locations enables users to incorporate specific areas such as plants, yards, and facilities under main locations. This enhancement facilitates more effective employee assignment and testing plan creation while ensuring compliance.

UI Transition: Access to the previous application interface has been discontinued, with all clients now exclusively utilizing the updated UI.

Password Recovery: Users now have the capability to reset their passwords directly within the application interface, eliminating the need to submit a help desk ticket.

User and Company Profiles: Users can now access detailed profiles of both individual users and companies within the system. This feature provides comprehensive visibility into user and organizational information.
