# How to add an employee into Soundtrace

### Add an Employee

If you need add an employee into Soundtrace perform the steps below:

1. In the top navigation bar, click 'Locations'. Click on the location in which you need to add the employee to.

2. On the far right of the page, click the 'Add Employee' button

3. Within the popup, included: 

    First Name

    Last Name 

    Employee ID\* If unknown, use employee phone number 

    Assign to to correct location 

  Then click 'Submit'
