Edit Employee Personal Information in Profile

If you have an employee to edit or to make changes to an existing employee profile, perform the steps below:

1) Navigate to the employee page and search for or scroll to to employee,  then click on the employee name. 

2) Once you are the employee profile, press the 'pencil' icon on the far left 

3) Now that you are inside the employee information popup, you can add, remove or update the following:

First name

Last name

Employee ID

Job Info

Hire Date

Gender

Date of Birth

Email

Contact Phone number

Move (toggle) the employee in or out of the HCP 

Change employee status (active or inactive) 

4) Click save once competed.
