- Unplug the clicker from the audiometer and plug it back in.
- Check that the device light is coming on (the light should be green or blue).
- Check the battery level of the audiometer (you can see this on the audiogram run page). If you're below 5% battery, let the device charge for 10 minutes, then re-access.
