Follow the steps below to review the STS workflow.
1. Navigate to the employees tab, then click the STS Reviews
2. Click on the Case Number to:
- Retest the employee within the STS workflow (see image 1A below)
- Review or participate in the Conservation tab. This space is accessible to all internal company users, the Soundtrace Client Success Team, and the Soundtrace Audiology Team (see image 1B below)
- Upload any relevant attachments. This space is for external documentation related to the employee and their specific case—for example, hearing tests from outside clinics, retests conducted outside of Soundtrace, or doctor’s notes. (see image 1C below)
- History tab shows all case history and action(s) taken by each user. (see image 1D below)
- Retest tab shows all retests taken in response to this specific case.
- All activity shows all activity regarding this case: conservations, retests, attachments. (see image 1E below)
